GrabatHome does not deliver as it is just a platform that brings together independent "shopkeepers", small merchants or producers transferring responsibility for deliveries and shipments to each brand.

The principle of the platform is delivery in store, however, any "shopkeeper" can define deliveries at home, or by means of carriers, with the responsibility for delivery being the responsibility of each seller.

If for some reason you purchased a product on this platform that was not delivered to you, you should contact the retailer where you made the purchase.

In the last case, we advise you to contact the platform in order to speed up with the seller and thus guarantee the delivery of the goods purchased on the platform.

If for some reason your merchandise has not arrived in the proper conditions, you should contact the "shopkeeper" so that the purchased product is replaced.

In case of dissatisfaction with the purchased product, it must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to the respective "shopkeeper" so that the money is returned to him.
